Caregively is a private, invite-only text-message tool used by a family to coordinate care for a family member. This policy covers the phone numbers and messages processed by the service.
The name and phone number of each family member added by the family's primary caregiver, and the content of text messages sent to and from the service (e.g. care updates, questions, and medication/allergy/appointment information shared for care coordination purposes).
Solely to operate SMS-based care coordination for the family that added the number. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent information is never shared with third parties.
Caregively is not open to public sign-up. Before any phone number is added, the family's primary caregiver personally confirms — in person or by phone — that the person agrees to receive care-coordination texts. No one is added to the service without this direct, explicit confirmation.
Message frequency varies based on your family's usage — you'll receive a message whenever a family member sends a care update, asks a question, or a status update is broadcast to the family. Message and data rates may apply.
